These terms are the agreement between you and Braggster for using the app and this website. By downloading or using Braggster you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The app

Braggster keeps score for card, board, dice, puzzle and sports games. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it on your own devices. You may not resell it, rent it out, or try to copy, decompile or reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows.

Free trial

Every game is free to try for your first 10 plays across the whole app. The Blank scorecard and the Freestyle table stay free forever, and you also keep one premium game of your choice for free. After the trial you can keep playing the rest with a one-time unlock or a subscription.

Purchases and subscriptions

Braggster offers a one-time lifetime unlock and an auto-renewing yearly subscription. The price is shown before you buy. The yearly subscription renews automatically at the same price each year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can view, manage or cancel it any time in your Apple or Google account settings; cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps your access until the period ends. All payments, renewals and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their terms, not by us.

Fair use

Please use Braggster only for keeping score of the games you play. Do not use it unlawfully, or try to break, overload or interfere with the app or this website.

No wagering

Braggster records points, not money. No game stakes or pays out a bet, chip, pot or ante, and the app is for entertainment only. It is not a gambling product and offers no real or simulated gambling.

Trademarks and content

Braggster and its logo are ours. Game names are used only to say which game a scorecard is for; all trademarks belong to their respective owners, and Braggster is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them. Every brand name can be switched to a plain generic description in Settings.

No warranty

Braggster is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it working and accurate, but we cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Braggster is not liable for any indirect or incidental loss arising from your use of the app or this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we will update this page and the date above. Continuing to use Braggster after a change means you accept the updated terms.
